"Delfini: un rimorso". Su un inedito di Alessandro Parronchi
Contenuto principale dell'articolo
Abstract
This paper deals with an unknown Antonio Parronchi’s short essay about Antonio Delfini. The two writers met in Florence in the Fourties, where they had mutual friends and shared the experience of the second world war, in particular in August 1944, when the bombing of florentine bridges occurred. My paper tries to describe the relationship between the two writers, and then introduces the above mentioned Parronchi’s essay. Moreover, it tries to show its high quality: infact it suggests new and interesting critical perspectives about Delfini. In order to do that, I’ve used a philological and historical method, and I’ve visited the Fondo Parronchi of the University of Siena, and the Fondo Delfini, sited in The Library Estense of Modena, where I’ve found, besides Parronchi’s essay, also a number of letters, articles and other useful documents.
